Having been involved both from an employee level to a senior management position one of the toughest challenges any business faces is how to get colleagues engaged with the business strategy and really understand the part they play… it’s a challenge we love!

We have taken 8000 colleagues for the Co-operative Financial Services through a colleague engagement programme with exceptional results lower staff turnover and brilliant colleague engagement survey results. Not only that we won three national awards for our efforts... Manchester Airport loved the work we did for them which broke their strategy down into bite sized chunks enabling all of their colleagues to appreciate the part they play in making it happen.

We do this by creating experiential environments which our creative team do best, they really are the best in the business and thrive on creating new ideas to truly engage people at every level
